Abstract

In this project authors have incorporated liquid form Sericin treated with spunlace fabric (Viscose and Polyester (70:30)) by spray finishing method. The presence of Methionine and Cysteine in the sericin treated materials has the tendency to heal wounds. The spunlace fabric treated with sericin prevents microorganisms and it increases healing property of wound, unique ability to bind with other proteins.
