Abstract
The case of a 38-year old male with a giant neurilemoma in the left psoas muscle is reported, which was not associated with von Recklinghausen's disease. Ultrasound and CT showed a large cystic mass in the left psoas muscle. The diagnosis of neurilemoma was confirmed postoperatively by histopathological examination of the mass.
