N2 - Status thymo-lymphaticusor simply “lymphatism” which is diagnosed based on enlargement of the thymus. This condition involves a combination of constitutional anomalies: hypertrophy of the thymus, general hyperplasia of the lymphatic system (such as the spleen and lymph nodes), hypoplasia of the cardiovascular system with aortic narrowing, and hypoadrenal. The condition is sometimes terminated by sudden death usually in children, but few cases have been reported in adults.
